That's sort of how I am, but my kids are still little (10, 5, and 3). I don't think any of them have ever had a desire to try meat, but we do let them occasionally have vegetarian foods when they want to, around other kids. I sort of gulp inwardly, but I just have to hope they come to their senses (just kidding, ha!) one day. :) Already my 5 year old has expressed disinterest in eating anything that contains eggs. I hope your daughter enjoys her challenge!
